WITHIN POLAND
Our courier shipments are delivered by INPOST and DPD. We offer delivery options to INPOST Parcel Lockers as well as courier shipments carried out by DPD.
Important! Please provide a correct phone number and email address. Courier companies use this information to contact you regarding the progress of your delivery.
Package dimensions and weight – INPOST
Shipments sent to INPOST Parcel Lockers must fit within the following size limits:
- Size A – maximum dimensions: 8 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg
- Size B – maximum dimensions: 19 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg
- Size C – maximum dimensions: 41 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg
Package dimensions and weight – DPD
Domestic shipments sent via DPD must meet the following conditions:
- Maximum package weight: 50 kg
- Maximum length (longest side): 150 cm
- Sum of height, width, and length: ≤ 300 cm
WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders within the European Union are shipped via DPD.
Important! Please provide a correct phone number and email address – this will facilitate communication with the courier company and allow them to inform you about the status of your shipment.
Delivery time: The estimated delivery time is between 4 to 7 business days. However, please note that additional time is needed for the production of your items.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
We offer shipping to countries outside the European Union upon prior contact with us.
Shipping costs: Any customs duties, taxes, and transportation costs are covered by the buyer.
